Will is a highly experienced First Assistant Director with nearly two decades of work across feature films, high-end television, and commercials. Known for his meticulous scheduling, calm leadership, and focus on production efficiency, he has collaborated with acclaimed directors and contributed to major projects for Amazon, Apple Studios, HBO, MGM Studios and Netflix.
From large-scale action set pieces to intimate indie dramas, Will approaches every production with clarity, professionalism, and a strong spirit of collaboration.
Based in London, he is available for projects worldwide and has worked extensively across international locations including Bulgaria, Croatia, Fiji, Greece, Ibiza, Ireland, Kenya, Latvia, Mongolia, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, and the United States.
Will is just as comfortable on the backlot as on location. He has filmed underwater in tanks and open seas, up mountains, from helicopters, on horseback, on frozen lakes, in deserts and many other weird and wonderful environments. He is PADI certified, has his sailing Comp Crew certificate and is experienced in managing challenging and dynamic shoot conditions.
