Susanna is a Hair and Makeup designer who brings a wealth of over thirty years experience to each project. She also designs and creates bespoke wigs and prosthetics including innovative special effects.
Susanna’s work on Ivo Van Hove’s production of a 'A Little Life' starring James Norton was highly celebrated in the theatre world for it’s brutal filmic realism viewed close up by a live audience. Other recent acclaimed work includes David Hare’s 'Grace Pervades' creating Victorian era character designs spanning several decades.
Her extensive work across Theatre, Film and Television has seen Susanna design for leading talent including Ian McKellen, Stephen Fry, Jenny Seagrove, Joanna Lumley, Wendell Pierce, Jason Isaacs, Jim Broadbent, Noma Dumezweni, Daniel Radcliffe, Carey Mulligan, Andrew Scott, Ncuti Gatwa, Alan Moore and Ralph Fiennes.
Her feature film debut 'Skeletons’ won The Micheal Powell award at The Edinburgh International Film Festival and was Bafta nominated.
Susanna runs her own wigs and makeup fx studio in London.
